LOU
I spent the previous 30 years of my life caring for my parents. They were my world. I lost my dad first. I clung even tighter to my mom. Then I lost her. I was completely and utterly alone. Devastated.
Elizabeth came in like a lot of angels do, out of the blue. She was kind, patient and spent hours of her time caring for my heart and soul. She listened when I needed talk. She guided and lifted me up when I could see no way forward. She is an old soul, wise beyond her years. The depth of her understanding of the grief process if a gift that she lovingly shares with us, the broken hearted, to guide us toward healing and what is possible on the other side of pain. I cannot imagine where I would be today without the counseling and friendship she has selflessly shared with me. She is a very special human being doing very special things in this world. God is well-pleased with Elizabeth. There is no higher recommendation than that.
My name is Lou and 18 months ago I lost the LOVE of MY LIFE to the nasty unforgivable disease cancer. She was a trooper from the very beginning to the end of journey. Before her passing Elizabeth W. reached out to check on me and how I was feeling. At first I had no desire to talk with anyone regarding the near future and after my loss. Thank GOD Elizabeth continued to reach out knowing at some point I may want to talk to someone about my grieving journey. Her voice had a real concerning and compassion in it even in our phone sessions. Thank you Elizabeth for why you have done for me and others that have lost a love one.

I’ve had the pleasure of being counseled by Elizabeth for the last three years and ongoing, after the loss of my daughter, Alexis. During our time together, Elizabeth has been the most compassionate, understanding, and supportive counselor. She creates a judgement free space for ALL of my emotions. LOL. Her passion is not just in grief counseling but for your overall mental health. Her coping skills help me with my day-to-day struggles! She makes our sessions feel more like two girlfriends having a conversation versus someone just trying to counsel me. She also supports my other daughters and helps them cope with the loss of their sister. She is everything you would want in a counselor! Highly recommend.

To anyone seeking counseling, Elizabeth is the best hands down. She has great professionalism & is very kind. She doesn’t just sit there while you pour your heart out, she empathizes with you and gives you great advice on things that will help you overcome your grief etc. I have been working with her for two years, first I lost my son and then my daughter. It was an extremely rough time for me, but she helped me walk that walk after I lost my son in September 2020. I got well with some of the advice she gave me like getting gentle exercise like walking or simply spending time in nature. Time went on and then I lost my daughter in September 2022. I didn’t think I had the strength to live through losing a second child, but Elizabeth reassured me of things, and assisted me in keeping my mind on the right path. Most people look at counseling as a sign of weakness or they are afraid to talk to someone, but I will assure you that Elizabeth makes you feel so comfortable and provides you with validation that what you're going through truly is hard and is worthy of counsel.
She adapts to all cultures and ages, including the youth, she is extremely friendly & understanding, and has a beautiful spirit.
I highly recommend her services

After losing my Mom, I thought I was navigating the hurricane of grief that followed on my own pretty well. Instead, I was in complete denial and drowning in so many ways. Then, along came Elizabeth!! She is a Godsend! She's a wonderful listener and encourager, especially as you do the hard work to get to the other side of your grief. She doesn't dismiss your feelings, she is fully present during your sessions, and she is trustworthy with your most confidential disclosures. Elizabeth truly meets you where you are at and expertly helps navigate you forward through the storm to the rainbow beyond. Grief work is not easy, but it's worth it, and it is more than doable with Elizabeth's guidance and understanding. I can't say enough good things about how great of a therapist she is. I Highly Recommend Elizabeth and Her Services!!
ANDREA
I received grief counseling from Elizabeth Webster after both my parents passed away within a week’s time. Elizabeth not only helped me cope with the loss of my parents, which was an enormous event in my life, but also my feelings of guilt from not being able to prevent their passing. For months, through memory, I relived witnessing their suffering. Elizabeth helped me to move away from the memories of their final weeks and days of illness to the more pleasurable moments, which extended over decades. Elizabeth is intuitive and was able to understand my spoken and unspoken communication in a way that enabled her to ask appropriate, relevant and provocative questions and to challenge me to question the truth behind my thoughts that were fueling my feelings of guilt. She not only guided me through my feelings, but also offered practical, real-time strategies that encouraged me to re-engage with joy and self-fulfillment. She cared enough to revisit topics, goals and challenges to those goals that were discussed in previous sessions. Our sessions were via phone and were no less productive than if they had been in person. The patience and compassion she extended to me through my grieving process transferred to me giving myself more time and space to move through my grief and come out stronger on the other side. I am thrilled that she is availing her services to a wider population because she is an amazing source of kind and skilled support, which is needed by many. She also happens to be on time for appointments.
