Service Description

All sessions are hosted virtually at this time. Supporting someone as they grieve and process loss requires compassion, nonjudgement and deep, intentional listening. If you haven't found the right person to hold space for you in that way, allow me to be that person for you. I have a very informal style of counseling and have been told that it feels more like talking to a friend than a counselor. Our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs, whatever they may be that day. Somedays you might just need me to listen. Other days you may want more feedback, coaching and direction. I am here for all of it. I have supported hundreds of individuals who have lost loved ones. My clients range from bereaved spouses of all ages, bereaved parents of all ages, bereaved children of all ages and every other loss imaginable.
