Service Description

All sessions are hosted virtually at this time. The term "wellness" covers a broad spectrum of areas including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Allow me to partner with you on becoming your best self; your true self. I'll work with you to help determine what areas feel the most important to start with. We'll form attainable, measurable goals and get you to where you want to be! The first steps of any journey are always the hardest. I will hold your hand and be a steady source of support, reflection and guidance as we walk them together.
